I've been assisting buyers and sellers as a fulltime REALTOR® since 1999. My areas of expertise range from first time home buyers, move up, scale down, estates, divorce, relocation, condominiums, new construction, lots, larger parcels of land, and farms. Along with that, I am well versed in negotiation, communication, customer service, marketing, and staging. I have the individualize touch with positive results using current technologies, market research and business strategies.
 
I'm also active in my Local and State Associations. Being involved has helped me stay on top of current issues, educating myself to help you better. Networking with my peers of lenders, title companies, inspectors and others important to the business have proven invaluable.  Being a major investor in the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) provides me a chance to advocate for home ownership rights both on a state and national level.
 
Currently I live in Kent Ohio with my wife of 33 years. Here we've raised our twin boys and are currently active in our community. Before being a REALTOR®, I worked in the family business. There I learned the value of being honest hardworking and ethical. These important traits have carried over into my Real Estate career.
